View this post on Instagram New Gecho in action, and knows some new tricks! This lovely reverb and pitch shifter effect comes from Clouds by @mutableinstruments - code released under an MIT license by Émilie Gillet. Yes that's really how closing the lid sounds! Everything was recorded indoors. This is not the final look of the box, still working on it, but the hardware is finished, tested and preparing for manufacturing. #diysynth #synthdiy #gecholoopsynth #pocketsynth A post shared by mario (@gechologic) on Mar 26, 2019 at 9:32am PDT

View this post on Instagram Gecho's new best friend is Drum Synth from @rakit_kits, a fully analog little synthesizer which is also available as a DIY kit! Delicious blend of analog and digital, layers of low frequencies, with overtones sweeping almost into ultrasonic. No additional effects added. Longer demo in progress, with explanation what exactly is being done here (check it out on our YT channel later :) #drumsynth #rakits #diysynth #synthdiy #reverb #pocketsynth A post shared by mario (@gechologic) on Aug 22, 2018 at 10:31am PDT

View this post on Instagram Even our reptile friend enjoys blinking lights, if not the sound :) What you hear is the new reverb channel, slowly decaying from high to low notes. No external effects used. #pocketsynth #loopsynth #reverb #looper #diysynth #stm32f4 #synthdiy #beardeddragon #lizard A post shared by mario (@gechologic) on Aug 15, 2018 at 6:12am PDT

View this post on Instagram Testing the expansion board for DIY version of @phonicbloom Glo, which breaks out Line in & out and also MIDI (there is a switch to select in vs. out). Here Glo sends out chord progression which @ikmultimedia #unosynth arpeggiates, then receives back via Line-in and it's mixed into the soundscape. The parameters controlled by accelerometer are not practical to use at the desk so I am adding controls via the little capacitive keyboard. The current controller isn't precise enough so will be replaced and some LEDs added in next revision. #diysynth #synthdiy #pocketwhale A post shared by mario (@gechologic) on Mar 31, 2019 at 4:09am PDT
